This place suits me perfectly, providing free parking, a bar/lounge area, and excellent luggage storage. The staff once helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. I recommend a stay here for a cozy experience. I’m coming back for the new year.

Staying here with friends was a blast! We loved the breathtaking views from the restaurant and enjoyed exploring the nearby Sandeman Cellars. The staff was nice, and the hotel is perfect for resting after a day out. Just a short Uber ride got us downtown. Definitely recommend it for a chill vacation.
One thing that was not great was the breakfast service. it took a while for us to get seated and served.

The views were nothing short of breathtaking, especially from the
13th-floor restaurant. The panoramic rooms offered great space and comfort, although the bathrooms need some updates. Breakfast had limited options, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a unique spot for those who enjoy vintage charm mixed with Porto's bustling energy.

amazing top floor views, unique 60s design features, pet-friendly options
The elevator's unreliability is annoying!!! It closed abruptly on people, and the shower took ages to provide hot water!!! The staff's strict policies on top floor access felt limiting and a bit outdated!!! The noise from the street below disrupted sleep!!!

this hotel truly missed the mark. the outdated decor was a shock, especially with the hairs in the bathtub. and after such inconveniences, a little welcome gift woudl have been nice. but I guess I’m just a regular guest here. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t ignore the noise from the next room.

With my wife and our five teenagers and two younger kids, we enjoyed the beautiful view of Porto from our room. The breakfast area offered stunning scenery, and the kids loved visiting nearby Sandeman Cellars for some fun tours. Breakfast was a hit too!
Our kids wished for a bit more variety at breakfast.

The complementary breakfast featured delicious chopped salads, enhancing the morning routine. However, the elevator was notoriously unreliable, and the room showed signs of aging with a leaking crane and protruding door plate. The staff, though polite, lacked warmth on special occasions, as evidenced when they overlooked a birthday celebration. Overall, the experience was a blend of unique charm and needed updates.

great views but slow service at breakfast
The rooftop restaurant provided stunning 360-degree views, making breakfast a highlight. The decor exuded a unique mid-20th century charm that added to the ambiance. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, and were exceptionally helpful with my inquiries about local attractions.
The service at breakfast was a bit slow, leading to some delays before I could start enjoying the meal.
